Pretty standard as far as Starbucks goes. The place gets suuuuper busy because of the location being in Belle Hall. But one good thing is that they crank out the latta's and frapachinos like a machine here! Honestly, I've never waited more than 2 minutes for anything. One note, the people working here are supper nice so that helps.

Love this location. The staff is very nice. The food and drinks are the same as the rest. The place is crazy busy especially first thing in the morning. During Frappacino Happy Hour there was less people but the service was still very good.

Love the staff here, they are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and smiling. The store is always clean and organized and the shelves and bars are well stocked. There is no drive through but I think that makes the service better. Warning though, they get extremely busy during peak times in the mornings and they are not very fast so it's not always the best place to stop if you are in a hurry. Overall though a fantastic Starbucks store :)

I love this Starbucks! It's not just my neighborhood Starbucks, but the atmosphere is conducive to relaxing or even studying. For me, the best part is that the baristas know me and remember my drink. They're so super friendly that it's more like coming to see friends for coffee.

Pretty standard Starbucks experience. Nothing to blow me out of the water. Friendly baristas, good ambiance, music is on point. Good amount of seating considering the space, quite a few patio tables outside. Convenient location to Tuesday Morning, Harris Teeter, Great Harvest Bread Co (if you get hungry). My only gripe is that service is a bit slow and I think they have room for more comfortable seating (leather chairs, benches, etc).

Okay, I have gone to Starbucks four times since my last review. Luckily, that same barista was not there either time. Fast and pleasant service! Also, the caramel macchiatos were pretty on point too.

This has to be one the busiest Starbucks I've been in. It's usually packed no matter what time of day I've been there. As far as a Starbucks stores go this store is pretty solid; fast and friendly service and all the typical fair of a Starbucks. The location is great too, located off 526 on Long Point between Mt. Pleasant and Daniel Island; making it the perfect place to grab a coffee on the way to work in the mornings should the mood strike. The only thing that make this Starbucks better is a drive-thru.

Gotta have my Starbucks, especially when the coffee at the hotel is what we call "warm and brown." This is a nice little location with outside seating and tables inside too. But no drive through. Free wi-fi works at the tables outside, but of course no power outlets out there.

Pretty consistent with other Starbucks but this location is better than most I've been to. It does stay pretty busy so be aware you might not find a table available for your work meeting or study session. This is most likely due to the fact that there isn't much else around for this type of meetup. Also, there's tons of table's, many with plugs, and free wifi. other than the potential noise when its completely full, this is a great escape for work-from-home-ers. I haven't had this issues of staff being slow but, I only go from time to time and never usually at a time when there's a big rush. They have a bunch of tables outside for when the weather's nice and every experience I've had has been a pleasurable one.

Why do I even...but my best chum needed a java fix so I pacified her...over priced...and so do not like their roasting...bitter... not smooth...oh well... a good friend always makes a cup better... staff was robotic but very pleasant... Love a good smooth cup of unadulterated java...

Fast service and friendly baristas. You have to be careful coming in before work, since they don't have a drive thru and the lines an get pretty long, but they usually move pretty fast and have not messed up my order, which in itself is a miracle these days. Other than no drive thru, it's great.

A solid Starbucks - very busy on Sunday am but moved fairly quickly. The only issue I had is that the barista kept like, updating the status of peoples' drinks - so people would think their beverage was ready because it was, "Sara, your peppermint frappe...is coming right up!" Dude...I don't need an update, just tell me when my GD drink is ready.

Good place as always if you beat the crowd! They need to be like the DC area and have them on every block LOL! Be prepared to wait!

This is an extremely busy Starbucks, with a variety of seating options, including a few large tables with power built in them, good for a group study session. This isn't really a gripe but a warning about their new pastry options. I went in recently with only about 15 mins to get my coffee, some thing to eat and leave. After waiting in line for about 7 minutes, I was going to get a breakfast sandwich but decided against it because I know they need to be warmed up and I thought it would take too long...so I thought fine, I'll get a chocolate croissant (one of their new items) and a drip coffee and be on my way...she gave my coffee almost right away but had forgotten my croissant. It was really busy and I didn't want to be a pain in the ass right away so I waited a minute or two. I asked about the croissant and she said oh they need to go in the toaster. I was like what? She tried to tell me something about how the butter needs to be woken up and that it tastes so much better toasted (which I am inclined to agree) but wished I had known that ahead of time because I wouldn't have ordered it at that moment. The barista seemed very intent on convincing me that I needed to eat this croissant warm so she gave me a cold one (for free) and my warmed up one so I could see the difference. Being a lover of croissants, I appreciated her commitment to making sure my chocolate croissant eating experience was wonderful, I just didn't have the time for it this particular morning. She is indeed 100% correct that the warmed up one was significantly better than the cold one and I wouldn't recommend it any other way. So fair warning dear Yelpers, don't order a croissant from Starbucks when you are in a hurry... This Starbucks gets 5 stars for efficiency, friendliness and competency!

I came back to update my review. I've been coming to this Starbucks regularly now in the morning, usually around 8:30am or so. And while the line is long it has been moving quick in the morning. I can usually order and receive my drink in 5-7 minutes or so. Which is much better than what it used to be. And the people remain friendly here.

Typical starbucks in a good location in Mount Pleasant. Regardless of the time of day there are always folks in there, but the staff is efficient and serves everyone quickly. Two long tables for spreading out with a computer if that's what you'd like. Not many, but a few comfy chairs for relaxing.

Great Starbucks location. Recently - they have been fast and friendly! The interior is uniquely long with lots of seating. Don't let it fool you - this place is often packed with people meeting for business, friends enjoying a warm java, or the college student cramming before a test. (don't miss those days). They also have outside seating if the weather is nice. They do not have a Clover machine (major bummer) but will happily offer a pour over brew. I rate it 4 out of 5 because I haven't been wowed like I was when I visited the West Ashley location.

The coffee is great! Staff are friendly but the service is very slow. You will have to wait for such a while. If you have free time, it's an interesting place.

One of the nicer Starbucks that I have been to. It was just renovated to make it a little more open. The employees at this location are extremely nice (above and beyond what I have seen from Starbucks) and make the drinks really well. Beyond that it is a standard Starbucks!

It's is our holiday Starbucks when we visit the area. During this last trip there the store was always crowded but service was always friendly and FAST! And since they didn't have South Carolina mugs the entire staff signed a plain reusable mug cup for us. We will give it to our local 'bucks for display.

Every time I go here there seems to be a line that moves painfully slow and once I order my drink I feel as though I wait around for an eternity. The staff is friendly and they make a good brew, it just takes longer than one would desire.
